Olive's campaign will last 6 months, with the goal of posts 5 of 7 days a week.
the first week of the campaign is reserved for health assessment, and does and don'ts. What am I doing that is healthy, and I'd like to maintain, and what areas need work.
Assessment:
Non-smoker
6', 55 years old, 171 lbs at last look (at the MN State Fair) so healthy BMI
*Post menopausal, which means I'm bulking out at the waist
*Not getting enough sleep or quality sleep, as I frequently feel tired.
Dissatisfaction with myself and my job at times. Feel the urge to move on/make a change in scenery, work and/or home location.
*Average 2 drinks per day (mean, median and mode)
Allergies
*Often have second helpings
Considering being a vegetarian again for the animals, but feel good with protein diet
Sit at work alot
Bike to work
Always take the stairs
Always eat away from my desk.
Mostly eat a healthy lunch and breakfast
2-3 cups of coffee in the morning
Overeat, though heathly. Eat desserts when homemade, when they often are.
Love apple fritters.
Never read.
*Never practice tai chi outside of class
Too much housework.
Too few crafts.
